It's (almost) Friday, and nearly the end of the longest January in the history of mankind...

Why don't you celebrate by joining us on The Tom Dunne Show from 10pm?

As usual George will be in to review this week's movie releases.  He'll be talking about The Armstrong Lie, Out Of The Furnace and Lone Survivor.

Oisin will create a classic movie cocktail, the Sazerac, from Live and Let Die.

If you want to make the Sazerac too, you'll need...

1 sugar cube

50 ml of Brandy

2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters

Dash of angostura bitters

Dash of absinthe (can substitute Herbsaint, Pernod, or Ricard)

Twist of lemon peel

This is the recipe for the original Sazerac which called for Brandy. Later on, Rye whiskey was used instead.

If you want to find out how to make it - tune in from 10pm.

We'll also be talking to Simon Parkes.  In 1982, aged twenty-three, Simon paid £1 for a virtually derelict building in Brixton. Over the next fifteen years he turned it into Britain's most iconic music venues.  He'll tell us his stories accumulated over the years, including the one of mistaking Robert Plant for Robert Plant's roadie.
