On tonight's show Tom is joined by Nickolas Rossi, the director of Heaven Adores You, a new biopic of musician Elliott Smith, perhaps best known for his Oscar nominated song 'Miss Misery' and his solo albums 'Figure 8' and 'Either/Or'. Smith died tragically from stab wounds in 2003. 

Colm Smyth, of Ireland's Technology Blog, also drops by to look at the best fitness apps to guide you through the January detox.
