Tonight we're joined by the one and only Sinead O'Connor.  

Sinead plays Vicar Street in Dublin this Wednesday, so she'll tell us about the songs that psyche her up for stage.

From reggae to mantras to good old rock n'roll, Sinead traces the tracks that get her into character before hitting the boards.

You'll have another chance to hear Natalie Prass in session.

We'll also pay tribute to our dear, late friend George Byrne by playing some of his favourite music.
