Tim Teeman of The Daily Beast in New York spoke to Tom just as it emerged that police found up to 70 bags of suspected heroin inside Philip Seymour Hoffman's home after his death.

The Oscar-winning star, 46, was found dead at his Greenwich Village home on Sunday with a syringe in his arm.

Tim reflected on Hoffman's illustrious career, and expressed the hope that the actor be remembered for the calibre of his work rather than the circumstances of his death.
