The Cocktail: ‘Uncle Jimmy's Whiskey Bang ‘

50 ml bourbon

10 ml Cointreau

1.5 barspoons of cranberry sauce

10 ml lemon juice

3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Method:

Place all ingredients in a shaker with some ice. Seal it and shake hard for twenty seconds. Double strain into an iced tumbler and garnish with an orange twist.
