Now that the World Cup has sadly come to a close, we return to our popular series on famous cocktails from classic movies. 

This week, Rob Caldwell of Peruke & Periwig, recreates the Champagne Cocktail from the 1957 classic 'An Affair to Remember' with Cary Grant and Deborah Kerr. 

Ingredients: 

15ml pear brandy

5ml honey

100ml pink champange

2ml bitters

Method: 

Add the honey and the brandy to a chilled glass, stir, top with the pink champagne and stir. Garnish with an orange twist.
