This week our resident mixologist Oisin Davis (of the Damson Diner) is creating the Rum Espresso Martini, inspired by 'Guys and Dolls' with Marlon Brando and Frank Sinatra, live on tonight's show. 

If you would like to follow Oisin and Tom in making the cocktail, you will need the following: 

• 50 ml of Havana Club Rum

• 20 ml of Kahlua

• 1 shot of espresso

• 20 ml of vanilla infused sugar syrup

• Fresh nutmeg

Oisin says: “The cocktail from Guys and Dolls was purely fabricated for the film and does not actually exist outside of it. If we are to go with the ingredients mentioned in it, we would be forced to drink something so sickly sweet, you could actually die from a sugar induced heart attack. So in in the interest of not imbibing anything that could bring on death by a sacchariferous overdose, here is something that is my ode to the Dulce de Leche. It's a take on the espresso martini (one of most popular cocktails in The Damson Diner), but made this time with rum and a couple of other bits and pieces.... “
