Coming up on the show tonight, John Moynes is back in studio for this week's edition of the Comedy Hall of Fame. Renowned British playwright, screenwriter, actor and author Alan Bennett is up for induction in this evening's programme.

Bennett's career has spanned over a half a century, since he first rose to fame with satirical revue Beyond the Fringe at the 1960 Edinburgh Festival alongside Peter Cook, Dudley Moore and Jonathan Miller. Since then, he has written nearly 50 TV plays, more than 30 books, over 20 stage plays and 13 films, winning in excess of 30 awards along the way.

In the second hour, Tom will be joined on the show by journalist, playwright and author Philip Norman to talk about his latest book - 'Paul McCartney: The Biography', which is due out in book stores tomorrow. This is the first official biography to have ever been approved by McCartney, and gives a fascinating insight into the Macca's life, pre, during and after the Beatles.

Tune in to hear stories about Paul's relationship with his father, his nine day stint in prison, being held up with Linda in Nigeria, his anger surrounding the Beatles' break-up and his vulnerability following the deaths of his loved ones.
