On tonight's show, New York Times journalist Ben Sisario will join Tom to take a look at the life and career of New Orleans R&B legend Allen Toussaint who passed away last week.

The singer, songwriter and producer died on Monday at the age of 77 after performing in Madrid. Throughout his career, he worked with a wide range of performers including the likes of Paul Simon and Paul McCartney. Toussaint also collaborated with Elvis Costello on "The River in Reverse" in 2006, in response to Hurricane Katrina and the destruction of new Orleans.

Richie McCormack will also be in studio to take a look at the main music stories of the week gone by.
