On tonight's programme Tom is joined by singer songwriter Colm Mac Con Iomaire for a session. A member of The Frames and a founding member of Kila, Mac Con Iomaire released his second solo album to critical acclaim earlier in the year. 

In hour two, Tom is joined by Sam Wrench, the director of New World Towers, the documentary film about the making of Blur's latest album.
