On tonight's show we are bringing you a Mercury Music Prize special. Three of this year's nominees have been guests on the show over the past year: SOAK, Ghostpoet and Gaz Coombes. Plus SOAK and Coombes perform sessions. 

Since 1992 the Mercury Prize judges have highlighted some great (and indeed some dodgy) musicians and tonight Tom plays some of the very best from the catalogue, including tracks from Portishead, Gomez and PJ Harvey.
