With the clocks going back this weekend, we get an extra hour in bed and you also get a special programming treat on Newstalk this bank holiday Monday.

Breakfast will kick off a little later than normal at 8am while The Pat Kenny Show, Off The Ball, The Tom Dunne Show will air some of their best interviews in recent months.

We'll also feature a three Documentary on Newstalk sports special along with shorter live shows from Lunchtime, Moncrieff,The Right Hook and Off The Ball.

There's lots to look forward to as we settle into the autumn season - but don't forget to turn your clocks back!
