As this is the last week of the World Cup, so this is the last of our World Cup Cocktails. Tonight Oisin Davis, of the Damson Diner, dreams up a concoction inspired by this Sunday's finalists, Germany and Argentina.

Oisin says: "When the Argentinian soccer player Carlos Tevez got done for driving whilst being disqualified and without insurance, he was sentenced to 250 hours of community service. Part of that included scrubbing the streets, so The Sun ran what I still think was the world's finest headline the next day,"Don't Cry For Me Argie Cleaner". I've always wanted to name a cocktail after that and so, here it is. The drink itself utilises Argentinian Malbec wine and as I think the Germans will be sending the Argentinians back crying, in much the same way as they did with the Brazilians, it seemed like an apt name for the cocktail".

INGREDIENTS:

50 ml of good Bourbon
20 ml of sugar syrup
20 ml of lemon juice
10 ml of Argentinian Malbec

METHOD:
Chill a tumbler glass with some ice. Place the whiskey, lemon and sugar in an iced shaker, get the lid on and shake hard for twenty seconds. Strain the cocktail and then pour the wine on top of a spoon that's right above the drink. It should float and stay on top of the cocktail.
