Taking the place of our usual 'Classic Movie Cocktail' for the next month is our new series, 'World Cup Cocktails!'.

Each Thursday we are recreating a cocktail related to Brazil and a film based on or set in Brazil.

Tonight our cocktail expert Paul Malone, of the Marker Hotel, makes a Caipirinha, the national cocktail of Brazil.

The film we are looking at is the 1978 classic thriller, 'The Boys from Brazil', with Laurence Olivier and Gregory Peck.

If you would like to follow Tom and Paul in making this cocktail on tonight's show, simply follow the method below...

Ingredients

70mls of Cachaca

4 Wedges of Lime

4 Slices of Lemon

35mls of Brown Sugar Syrup

Method

Muddle limes and lemons and add brown sugar. Top with crushed ice and add Cachaca and stir well.

Garnish with a lemon slice and lime wedge.

Tune in from 10pm!
