New musical The Book Of Mormon has set a record for the biggest day of sales in West End and Broadway history.

The award-winning show had its official opening at London's Prince Of Wales Theatre last Thursday.

Well over £2 million pounds was taken in ticket sales over a period of 14 hours on the following day.
