Music fans and festival lovers in Ireland have all been asking whether or not the boutique festival Electric Picnic would be going ahead this year.

Rumours have been abound that the art laden event would be cancelled after pre dale tickets did not go on sale as usual and while promoters have said that they are ‘hopeful’ that it would take place, a line up has yet to be announced.

Now, the official Electric Picnic website have said that they are “accepting applications in all fields” and are looking for workers across the board, from stewards, to childcare workers and from visual artists to drivers.

If the Picnic were to go ahead, it would be the festival’s 10^th anniversary since it started in 2004.
