After being jailed in September, Enoch Burke has been released from prison.
The High Court ordered the release of Mr Burke on the basis that he abides by a court order to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School in County Westmeath.
He had been in Mountjoy Prison for refusing to obey an injunction that ordered him to stay away from the Westmeath school.
The judge said today that Mr Burke’s continued imprisonment would be a ‘travesty,’ that would only serve to his advantage and cost the taxpayer money.
The case will come under review again on the 21st of January.
