Bono, let's be fair, is probably not best known for his sense of humour. With all the serious charity work, activism and earnest music making, he hasn't always been given the forum for a comedic performance. However, when Bill Clinton was a little delayed getting on stage for a Clinton Global Initiative panel, Bono decided to entertain the crowd with an impromptu performance.
Yes, out of the blue, Bono did a surprisingly accurate impression of the former U.S. President in front of a group of gathered luminaries, influencers and world leaders. He managed to maintain the act until Clinton himself eventually arrived on stage to chair the panel. The video cuts off early, but Clinton seemed to enjoy Bono's effort.
Comedic antics out of the way, the group got on with the slightly less amusing business of discussing and devising solutions to some of the most pressing problems facing the world today.
