On Thursday night, Keith Andrews made his debut as host of Off The Ball's Football Show and with Ireland's trip to Georgia coming on Saturday, former Ireland team-mate Stephen Hunt joined him to preview the game.
With Martin O'Neill's tactics and line-up announcements hard to second guess pre-game, both Keith and Hunt picked their expected starting XIs for the game, while also discussing the impact key players like James McCarthy and Jeff Hendrick are likely to have on Ireland's ambitions and approach in Tbilisi.
Plus they started off by discussing why Ireland, who have never lost to Georgia, struggle to break down similar teams. Watch the full preview above on the video player or listen in on the podcast player below:
Thursday also happened to be Transfer Deadline Day and with Hunt experiencing life within the football agent world, both he and Keith looked back on their own experiences of Deadline Day as well as the fact that Shane Long has ultimately stayed at Southampton.
And with Sunday being All Ireland hurling final day and Hunt being an avid Waterford fan, Andrews got his take on the decider:
