The US is bracing itself for potentially the strongest storm to hit its shores in 12 years.
Hurricane Harvey is bearing down on Texas and Louisiana, with forecasters saying it could bring 130mph winds.
Experts are warning the hurricane is "life-threatening" and poses a "grave risk" - prompting all seven coastal counties in Texas to order mandatory evacuations from low-lying areas.
The National Hurricane Centre says Harvey became better organised and was revived after moving from Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula into the Bay of Campeche.

It says warm waters in the Gulf of Mexico and favourable vertical wind shear promoted the regeneration of the tropical cyclone.
The storm is predicted to first hit a 30-mile stretch of coastline about 70 miles northeast of Corpus Christi.
The Irish consulate in Austin, Texas is warning Irish citizens there to "be aware of probable severe weather and dangerous flooding" this weekend.
