Could Joey Carbery or Ross Byrne end up moving from Leinster to Ulster to fill a out-half void? And the other question is: should they and will they be keen?
As Brian O'Driscoll told our morning show OTB AM on Monday, "It's tricky for them because they are going to leave, Carbery or Byrne, a winning culture, a winning environment.
"Things are clearly not going right at Ulster. They don't have a coach and it's a little bit of a basket case at the moment."
As speculation continues, we got former Leinster captain Liam Toland's take and put him in the shoes of Carbery's advisors to gauge what he would do in the same situation.
"The first thing if I was Joey Carbery would be saying, 'Hang on, if you want me to go up there, do you want me to go up to that rubbish? Because I'm not going to get anything out of it, the standard and culture week on week isn't good enough. We see that.'

"And if I've learned anything from the semi finals, the difference about a ball going forward to half-backs. Look at how Conor Murray struggled against Racing because for all the yardage and all the carries Munster were doing, he wasn't getting any go-forward and Ian Keatley wasn't getting go-forward, and look at the half-backs for Leinster. So that would be my primary concern.
"It could work out that Carbery could go up there and play lots of games but actually come back a worse player."
