Cyberbullying has become a huge issue given how much time we all spend on social media.
Less than 20% of parents monitor their childrens' online activity, according to Dr James O'Higgins Norman, Director of the National Anti-Bullying Centre at DCU.
His advice to parents is to monitor their children's' behavior online more closely.

Speaking on The Pat Kenny Show today, Dr O'Higgins Norman said, 'The most important thing is old-fashioned parenting skills; sitting, talking, and creating an atmosphere in which problems can be discussed'.
